Для 15 тысяч читателей она стала необходимым информационным, образовательным и культурным центром. Основными категориями пользователей ЦМБ являются студенты и учащиеся всех групп обучения (53%), работники сферы образования (5,5%), ИТР, служащие, работники культуры и искусства (5,4%).
